Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that returned items must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund.

Once your return is requested, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
